Assisi Sadan, Mahasamund was established on 25th
June, 1988 in the Diocese of Raipur. The
pioneers of this community were Sr. Subella, Sr. Anila, Sr. Emily Jose and Sr.
Dennis. In the beginning sisters stayed in a rent house. In the year 1990 Rev.
Fr. Varghese bought a piece of land for us and constructed a convent. Later we
extended the land by purchasing the nearby plot. We also started formation and
+2 studies for the candidates. The
present activities are:- i. Teaching in the School
run by the diocese. ii. Evangelization, Parish and Pastoral
activities |
