Pratheeksha Bhavan, Marthidi

At the invitation of Mar Vijayanand the bishop of the diocese of Chanda, Pratheeksha Bhavan Marthidi was started on 1st  December, 1995 Sisters started working here with full commitment and today the culture is changed and people are becoming literate and the area is developed. Sisters are working in the diocesan school which is later handed over by the diocese to the Claritian fathers. The first members of the community were Sr. Joice, Sr. Geena and Sr. Lissy Vadakel.

The present apostolates are:-

1. Apostolate of education

2. Evangelization and Social work activities.

3. Health Care (Dispensary)
